LAVA Classic 4 has reserved a block of 40 rooms for the nights of March 21, 22 & 23, 2008. The Hampton Inn Downtown Louisville has extended a special group rate of $84 plus tax for a 1-4 occupancy in standard rooms with 2 queen beds.
Please call the property direct at 502-585-2200 and ask for the LAVA block of rooms in order to receive the special rate. Reservations must be made by 5 p.m. (EST) on March 15, 2008. Reservations made after that date will be outside of the group block and will not be eligible for the LAVA group rate. Reservations must be guaranteed with a personal credit card or a one night deposit in the form of check or money order.
Cancellation of individual guest reservations must be made by 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Cancellations made after 4 p.m. on the day of arrival will incur a full room rate "NO SHOW" charge.
